Our mission is to empower Canadian secondary school educators to confidently teach students how to navigate an AI-driven world safely. We provide the tools and know-how to leverage Experience AI — a program created by Google DeepMind and the Raspberry Pi Foundation — to introduce AI principles and applications in an accessible way, while meeting Canadian government pedagogical objectives.
Experience AI can be adapted to various educational levels and STREAM subjects. The program offers curriculum-aligned resources and projects to enrich your classes and captivate student interest.
Open to all educators, this interactive 1-2 hour session will allow you to:
Understand what AI is, explore biases and decision trees, and discover how to use AI to solve real-world problems.
Examine the safety implications AI use in the classroom, including data, misinformation, and deep fakes.
Access comprehensive, high-quality, and free Experience AI resources that are easily adaptable for high school students.
