As the founder of Cardinal Policy, he has advised governments and organizations on the intersection of AI, public policy, and technology innovation, helping to shape strategies in rapidly evolving digital landscapes. At Digital Moment, Marc Etienne will play a key role in guiding our strategic direction, supporting our programs that empower educators and equip youth across Canada with essential digital skills.
